I enjoy solving technical problems, helping users, and working with both on-prem and cloud environments. My experience includes Windows and Linux support, networking, Active Directory, and automation. I’ve supported hybrid environments, handled tickets, and worked on improving system reliability and security with a strong awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
