Kiana

I’m an IT enthusiastic with a strong foundation in systems, networking, and infrastructure, focused on building reliable, well-maintained, and secure IT environment.

My main interests include technical support, system troubleshooting, identity and access management, and cloud-based infrastructure. I enjoy working with systems and logs, resolving real-world issues, and helping teams keep their platforms stable, efficient, and secure.

Off the keyboard, you’ll probably find me crafting coffee foam art, hitting the gym or climbing rocks.

Piqniq – Emergency Support for Panic Attacks (2nd Place Winner – BGSU ACM Hackathon 2025)

Developed a mobile-first app to support users during panic attacks by sending live location and alerts to emergency contacts. The interface includes a soothing breathing guide and a friendly virtual assistant to help reduce anxiety while help is on the way.
